How often should you change your oil?

Regularly, and before problems start.

The right interval depends on your car’s manufacturer, engine type and mileage, plus how you drive. Lots of short trips keep the engine from reaching full operating temperature, which wears oil out faster, so you may need changes sooner than the manual says. Change the oil before the warning light comes on, not after.

Engine oil additives
Cera TecCeramic anti-wear additive that cuts friction between metal parts. Added at an oil change; one treatment lasts up to 30,000 miles. Motor Oil SaverKeeps oil seals flexible to reduce oil burning caused by hardened valve stem seals. Hydraulic Lifter AdditiveQuiets ticking hydraulic lifters and clears restricted oil passages. Fuel system cleaners
